1- How long is the warranty? How long will the production time take?
The structure warranty is 3 years, and the finishing treatment
warranty is 1 year. After you confirm our 3D drawing, we will start to produce. For one piece structure will take about 15 days. For two piece structure will take about 30 days.It depends on the surface process you choose.
2-Can I see the production process of my wheels?
Yes, if you need, we will send you the video and pictures of the production process.
3-Can you do the wheel exactly same as we want?
We will try our best to make the rim as same as possible, but we cannot ensure it is exactly same as you want since we are from different factory, but you can check the 3D drawing firstly.
4-Can I get your product catalog?
Sure, here you go. If you have other interested designs you can share with me, we can copy these designs for you.
5-What payment methods are supported?
